In the app, AI editing credits may appear as “AI edits,” and we may describe the capability as tailoring — for billing they refer to the same credit-based features unless the app says otherwise. FAQ

Do I need a PDF to get started?

No. You can create a master resume from scratch or adopt one of the 9 demo resumes. PDF import is optional — useful when you already have a resume file and want AI to digitize it for editing.

How is my data handled?

Most resume content stays on your device. AI features may send relevant text to third-party AI providers (which may be hosted in the United States) to perform AI editing/tailoring of resume sections or AI-assisted PDF structuring. See our Privacy Policy for details — we describe what we process, what may stay on-device, and what third parties may retain under their own policies.

How does PDF import work?

Text is typically extracted on your device first. Relevant text may then be sent to an AI provider to parse or structure content for your resume. You should only import documents you have the right to use. You can also skip import and write from scratch or start from a demo.

Are my resumes stored on your servers?

We do not store your prompts, PDFs, outputs, or resume content on our own servers in the ordinary course of providing the app. Third-party providers may keep limited temporary logs for security, abuse prevention, reliability, or billing. See the Privacy Policy.

What format do I export?

The app is built around a one-page resume PDF export suited to common US and Canada professional norms.
